Qigong
is an art that requires continually practice and growing, and so allowing
the benefit to accrues in the course of time , beginners therefore
need not be concerned with the bodily sensations, some people feel
the Qi flow sooner than others, it depends on each person’s sensitivity
to Qi, progress depends on persistent practice and not on sensitivity.
Some people get health improvement without tangible experience of
Qi flow.
As a beginner, it is more important to discipline yourself and follow
your daily practice regularly, and do not be attached to whatever
experience you may have, whether you have a new experience, or your
sensation has changed in a session.
Qigong practice is a route to infinite growing
and refinement, do not be anxious for quick results , give it time.
When you set for an Audio Attunement session, do not predict an
outcome, as the Qi is intelligent and subtle, its works is beyond
our comprehension. Diligent practice
couple with frequent attunement ,evolution and transformation
will take place gradually, in the course of time.
As you move on, once the Qi within your body has gained momentum,
it will start treating the discordant energies within, and that elimination
of stagnant energies will take place incessantly, you will experience
comfort and discomfort alternately, these sorts of side effects are
common, it is a cleansing process, a transition period , as the body
is adjusting itself for the task ahead.
Be persistent in your practice, do not stick any expectation to
it, enjoy the bliss and peace derived from your practice, without
preconception, without judgment on any phenomenon, just let thing
takes its course naturally.
Let your practice be smooth and effortless, without haste, the power
and wisdom of the higher realms will be unfolded to you step by step,
on your path to enlightenment.
