Qigong
practitioners not only awaken the inner Qi and summon good Qi from
without during a practice, at the end of a practice, the good Qi generated
have to be stored up in order to derive benefit from the practice.
When the Third Chakra, or Solar Plexus Chakra has a good accumulation
of good Qi, one can gradually condense the Qi , until the Qi takes
the shape of a golf like ball, that is the preliminary stage of an
inner alchemy, viewing with the Third Eye, owing to the present of
some impurities in the alchemy, it is usually grayish or tainted with
grayish dots, when it is purified, it would become yellowish.
With repeated purifying and activation process, the yellowish inner
alchemy would eventually transform and become illuminated, the
practitioner would be able to tell the phenomenon, as it would be
an unusual tactile sensation, and the alchemy could be viewed either
in person or remotely by others who had their Third Eye activated
to a more advance stage.
With continual refining and growing, the inner alchemy would become
more solidified. When an inner alchemy was more developed and activated,
it would become an independent entity and could act on its own wisdom,
in another word, it become a “live” alchemy, it would move around
or rotate spontaneously. A more matured alchemy would be able to interact
and resonate with the good Qi of the universe, or other alchemies
in the universe to intensify its power.
A live alchemy could help one with the elimination of stagnant energies,
clearing and opening of energy channels, activation of the acupuncture
points, boost the opening of the Micro Cosmic Orbit, the Core Channel,
the Third Eye etc. A live alchemy would possess many psychic power
and it could also be projected out of the body.
Cultivation of inner alchemy is important for the growing and development
of a qigong practitioner. The Concluding Meditation at the end of
each lesson of our Online Qigong is the basic stage of cultivation
of the inner alchemy.
